Behind Mingla

We are the sisters, Martina and Rebecka, and Mingla was born from our shared love of creating celebrations. We have always loved planning, organising, and making sure every small detail falls into place, but we also know how time-consuming and overwhelming it can be.

With Mingla, we want to make it easier for everyone to create thoughtful and memorable celebrations, without having to do everything from scratch on their own.

We confirm availability

We’ll get back to you via email and confirm the availability of the items on your wishlist.

Create your wishlist

Add the products you want to rent for your event and get a clear overview of your whole wishlist.

Pay the invoice

We will send you an invoice that you pay before you pick up the products.

Send your request

When you’re happy with your wishlist, fill out an info form and submit your order request.

Pickup & return

Collect your order from our warehouse before your event and return it in the same condition afterwards.

Based in Jakobstad

Our warehouse is located in Jakobstad, and no matter where your event takes place, you are warmly welcome to rent products from us. You collect your items two days before your event and return them in the same condition no later than two days after.
